Luciana Lang has spent 20 years in Australia, initially arriving for a 4-month English course but ultimately building her life here. She founded Link Study, a company dedicated to facilitating student exchanges and travel to Australia for Brazilians. Her experience demonstrates a deep understanding of the immigrant experience.  She brings both personal experience and professional expertise to the role, making her well-suited to lead ABRASSO.

Rennee initially arrived in Australia in 2002 as a backpacker, fell in love with the Australian lifestyle, and made the decision to relocate from the UK in 2004. Since then, she has earned her engineering degree here and contributed to numerous projects across the Gold Coast. Rennee holds a notable position as one of the longest-serving committee members of ABRASSO. She is deeply passionate about problem-solving, leadership, and ultimately making a positive impact within the community.

As a management consultant, Juliana works with private, public, and not-for-profit clients on market research, business analysis, strategy development, and operating model design. She leverages her retail expertise and passion for technology to design and execute innovative and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges. She is pursuing a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on sustainability.

As a teacher for elementary school, focusing on working with diverse classes, between 0 and 8 years old, Cidalia 's career has focused on developing children's confidence and self-esteem in their ability to learn, through playful and personalized activities. Cidalia has volunteered with several not-for-profit organisations in Brazil contributing to important social causes in vulnerable communities.
